You choose how many cards you want, pick Standard or Enhanced generation quality, and can add your own notes to steer what the AI focuses on.
Fehm schedules every deck with the SM-2 spaced repetition algorithm, moving each card forward or back depending on how well you recalled it, so the cards you keep forgetting come back sooner and the ones you know get out of your way. Your dashboard tracks your daily streak and the mastery percentage of each deck, which shows what you have actually retained rather than what you have merely read.

Fehm (فهم, Arabic for "understanding") runs its interface in Arabic as well as English, set in Arabic typefaces rather than a translation dropped into an English layout. It also ships six colour themes built around fields of study: Medicine, Engineering, Business, Arts, Science, and a default MENA heritage palette.
Everything you generate is saved to a library you can sort into colour-coded folders, search and filter.
